Easy Pesach Pizza!

Gila Ross shares her Pesach pizza/lasagne recipe. Perfect for lunch or supper on Pesach – and even better, the kids can make their own!

Ingredients:
Matzah
Tomato sauce (see below to make your own)
Grated cheese
Optional toppings – mushrooms, fried onions, eggs, tuna
Preheat oven to 180C.
To assemble pizza: spread sauce over matzah, sprinkle generously with grated cheese and add toppings of choice.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 12 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
Variation: To make lasagne, assemble as you would for pizza, then layer another slice of matzah, sauce, cheese and toppings. Repeat until you have four layers. Bake for 25 min.
Pizza sauce​:
Equal amounts of tomato puree and water, add salt, garlic powder and oregano to taste.
