Debbie Rosenberg’s unbelievable brownies!
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup cocoa
1 cup potato starch
½ cup chocolate chips (optional – I leave them out as it’s rich enough!)
Spray a pan with oil – I use a square foil container for this.
Mix together eggs and sugar till smooth. Add oil and salt. Sprinkle in cocoa and mix to make the batter chocolate-y. Add the potato starch and mix to combine.
Pour into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, depending on how gooey or well done you like them!
Cool and cut in to squares.
