Charity Raffle – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The raffle is organised by Project Seed Ltd (Seed), registered charity number 1155460, with its registered address at Mowbray House, 58-70 Edgware Way, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 8RH (“the Promoter”).
  2. Purpose of the Raffle
    All proceeds from the raffle will be used to support the ongoing work of Seed to enhance family life and strengthen Jewish identity from the inside out by offering Jewish family’s opportunities to strengthen their connection to the community, enhance their parenting skills and explore their Jewish heritage.
  3. Eligibility
  • Participants must be aged 16 or older to enter.
  • Employees, trustees, or close relatives of the Seed employees may not enter. 
  1. How to Enter
  • Tickets cost £25 each.
  • Tickets may be purchased through the Seed website, at an event or in-person sales.
  • No tickets will be sold after 18:00 on Sun 15 Feb. 2026
  • A valid name and contact details must be provided for each entry. 
  1. Ticket Allocation
  • Each ticket is individually numbered.
  • A ticket is not valid until payment has been received.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. 
  1. Draw Details
  • The draw will take place on 15 Feb 2026 at a Women’s Only Event that evening
  • The winning ticket(s) will be selected at random by a randomised computer process.
  • The decision of the Promoter is final.

  • Prizes include:
  1. A 4 night stay for 2 people at a Private Game Reserve in South Africa including return flights (Some exclusions apply)
  2. Diamond Hoop earrings
  3. Paintings
  4. Wine
  5. Whisky
  6. Personal Training session
  7. Barre Class
  8. Hair salon vouchers
  9. Photshoot session
  10. Vouchers
  11. Nutritionist session
  12. Make up session
  13. Balloon stack
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. 
  1. Notification of Winners
  • Winners will be contacted via email and phone within 1 day of the draw.
  • Winners may be announced publicly (e.g., website, social media) unless they opt out.
  • If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter may redraw or allocate the prize to another entrant.
  1. Use of Personal Data
  • Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the raffle.
  • Data will be processed in accordance with GDPR data protection laws].

  1. Liability
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or invalid entries.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures affecting ticket purchases. 
  1. Cancellation or Changes
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the raffle, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • Any changes will be communicated through our website, social media, email. 
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom.
