Seed At School
What do you do when your child asks you a question about their Hebrew homework that you simply don’t know the answer to? Helping to bridge the gap between the classroom and the home, Seed’s programmes in 12 primary schools connects parents to their children’s Jewish education through educational courses, shared learning experiences, including in-school arts and crafts activities, Friday night dinners and Havdalah events.
I think Seed has a great approach, to get everyone involved in the beauty of sharing Shabbat Friday night dinner with friends old and new. It felt like everybody there was one big extended family.
